What participation involves

A semi-structured interview (~45 minutes) or a short survey (~8–10 minutes), asked against a fixed framework so your answers can be counted, not just quoted.

Your privacy, your choice

Council members are anonymous by default. You choose your attribution for published findings — on the record, quotable-but-anonymized, or aggregate-only — and nothing is published without your sign-off. Being matched with a startup or featured on our podcast is entirely opt-in. Council membership never implies availability for sales outreach.

What a conversation with us looks like

We ask against a fixed framework, grounded in a specific recent event rather than a general opinion. A sample of what we’ll ask:

“Walk me through the last time this happened.”
“What failed first?”
“How did you work around it?”
“Who had to approve the response?”
“What did the workaround cost in time or effort?”
“Why didn't the existing vendor solve it?”
“What would a new supplier have to demonstrate?”
“What would make you decline a pilot?”
